Saigon Nights
Dark RoastBold and unapologetic. The way the phố cổ drinks it — deep, dark, and lingering. A roast for those who want their coffee to mean something.
Single-Origin Vietnamese Coffee
Single-origin Vietnamese Robusta, roasted in small batches and shipped fresh across Canada. Bold enough for phin, refined enough for espresso.

Balanced and nuanced. Caramel sweetness meets stone fruit with a clean finish. Our most versatile roast — equally at home in a phin or an espresso.

Beyond coffee, Vietnam produces some of the world's finest nuts, dried fruits, and pantry staples — each product sourced directly from farming communities.

Origin storyThe Vietnamese phin filter produces a cup unlike anything else — concentrated, aromatic, meditative. No electricity. No hurry. Just gravity and patience.

Bring water to 96°C. Add condensed milk to your glass if desired.

Add 25g of coffee to the phin. Press the filter gently. Don't compact.

Pour a small amount of water. Wait 30 seconds for the grounds to bloom.

Fill the phin. Let gravity do the rest. 4–5 minutes for the perfect cup.
